A great video featuring Nicholas Carr on why it is important, not only for personal, but for business purposes, to disconnect every once in a while.
Here's an article about it all that also mentions his excellent-sounding book.. But, in the spirit of the video, I encourage you to do as he talks about, and log off completely for a day or two a week. I know that's what I'll be doing.
